Potong daging sapi sesuai ukuran, lalu siapkan bbrp lembar daun pepaya. Masukan potongan daging ke dlm mangkok yg sudah dialasi dgn daun papaya tadi. Tutup rapat semua daging dgn daun pepaya tunggu -/+ 30menit.

Siapkan bumbu.. Blender semua bumbu sampai halus.

Setelah daging slsai ditutup dgn daun pepaya Selama 30menit, lalu campurkan potongan daging tadi dgn semua bumbu yg sudah dihaluskan & tambahkan kecap, aduk2 rata. Tunggu 15menit sampai bumbu meresap..

Setelah bumbu meresap, siapkan tusukan sate Dan daging siap ditusuk & dibakar.
